Culinary Art Food Expo 2023, the most comprehensive food and beverage exhibition in Sri Lanka, will be held from June 9 to 11 at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre (Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07).

The event is co-organized by the Chefs Guild of Lanka and the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). Under the concept “From the Factory to the Table,” this 18th edition will showcase every aspect of food, including culinary art, the food and beverage industry, and the hospitality sector.

The expo will be held in two main halls. Hall A will host exhibitors from around the world, representing both the food and beverage sector and catering equipment and services. Visitors can explore a diverse range of offerings, including food ingredients, bakery products, fresh food, gourmet food, specialty food, tea and coffee, tableware, glassware, cooking equipment, and table decorations.

In Hall B, the Culinary Art Competition will take place. The competition, which began in 1988, has produced chefs who have represented Sri Lanka on the global stage.

With an expected turnout of over 20,000 visitors, the Culinary Art Food Expo 2023 aims to provide an opportunity to introduce culinary talents, promote culinary excellence, and foster innovation.

The event will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Free admission.
