Coco fuzz, a store specializing in chocolate biscuit pudding in Colombo, will celebrate its second anniversary on September 25.

Fazeeha Reeza, the owner, describes chocolate biscuit pudding — known as CBP — as “the most loved dessert in Sri Lanka.” She said that it has always been her dream to start her own business, and if she were to start anything, it would have been this dessert. “I noticed that there was a gap in the market for a good quality chocolate biscuit pudding. I wanted to share my take on it, so I decided to open a store,” she recalls. Currently, Coco fuzz has two sales points; one in Kollupitiya and the other in Kiruolpana.

Its CBPs are topped with cashews and chocolate chips. In addition to the Classic, the lineup includes S’more, White Chocolate, Strawberry, Salted Caramel, and Dark Chocolate. They are available in two sizes, cup and box, and priced from 500 rupees to 1,750 rupees.

Customers can pick up their orders from sales points or order delivery through Uber Eats or PickMe Food. “We are trying out different flavors, the peanut butter CBP, for example. There is always an idea to expand into an open café,” Reeza added.

Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
