The festival is held during Ramadan, the month Muslims abstain from food and drink from sunrise to sunset. In addition to seven varieties of hummus made with chickpeas, the festival also offers a special menu of Iftar, a meal eaten after sunset to mark the end of the fast.

Besides the standard Plain Hummus, Café Kai offers Cashew Hummus with chickpeas and cashew nuts, Garam Masala Hummus seasoned with mixed spices, Devilled Vegetable Hummus, Curry Leaf Hummus, Minced Beef Hummus, and Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus. They are served with pita bread and priced from 1,388 to 2,088.

Graze Kitchen has added an Arabic food section in addition to the regular international buffet. The lineup includes a variety of hummus, kebabs, and shawarma accompanied by homemade bread. The buffet ticket is 5,388 rupees, including the beverages of the day.

Special Sand Art performances are scheduled for April 9, 10, 23, and 24.

Buffet time: 7:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (Iftar menu: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) Available until May 3.
